1. Are attorney’s fees charged by the hour, or a set fee?
Having engaged in the practice of law for decades, I have found that most clients overwhelmingly are more comfortable with a pre-determined flat fee. Therefore, it is my policy to set a flat fee if at all practical to do so. There may be circumstances that require that services be performed on an hourly basis, either fully, or partially.
2. Do you accept debit and/or credit cards?
Yes. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
3. If I serve as a personal representative of an Estate, must I pay my own attorney’s fees?
Usually you will have to advance the attorney’s fee and out of pocket costs up front, but you will be reimbursed for the fees and costs when administration of the estate is opened in the probate process.
